necessity and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY OHDJ:;RED AND AUTHORIZED to
report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
BE IT FUR'1:'f!ER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by "Day Laber
in ac.e.ordanee with the Standard Roau and Bridge Specifications of the state
of W.~on as Adopted by this Board.
