WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County deems it
necessary to construct rock rip-rap bank protection and other work along the
Big Quilcene River in Section 24, To 27 N., R. 2 Wo, W.M.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that said work be performed by day labor
or contract and that payment for said work will be made from t he Flood Control
Fund of Jefferson County, anticipating reimbursement for said river improvement
of 40% or more of the cost of the work from the State Flood Control Funds in
accordance with Chapter 43, Laws of 1949 as amended; said project to be des-
ignated as Flood Control Project No. 2 of 1954, Supplemental to Agreement Noo
154 -53.
The estimated cost of t he project is $1,201.75. .
