RESOLUTI ON No. C ' I ~ r
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for
Jefferson county, state of Washington, purauant to t he
provisions of Chapter 269 of the Laws of Washington, enacted in
the year 1947, that the City of Port Townsend, a municipal
corporation of the third class, upon application filed herein,
be and it hereby is relieved of reversionary provision contained
in deed from Mae M. Plummer, as Treasurer of said Jefferson
county to the said City of Port Townsend, c~eying to said
city Block 3 in Mountain View Addition to the City of Port
Townsend, and said deed shall be deemed as conveying title in
fee, absolute and final.
