RESOLUTION
2
As the following described strip of land is not useful for
county road purposes, and the public will be benefited by the
vacation; now therefore,
i
BE IT UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissione~s
of Jefferson County, that it ip the intention of the Jefferson
Board of County Commissioners .by unanimous resolution to vacate
and abandon a road described as follows:
"A strip of land forty (40) feet wide, being
twenty (20) feet '00 each side of center line
of the Gar~i~er Beach Road, as the same is
now located over and across Lot Two (2) of
Section 35, 'Township 30 North, Range Two (2}
West, W,M.ff,
and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a hearing be had on this matter om
