RESOLUTION NO. C-17a.
The Board of County Commissi()ners ;-OfJ,fferson County,
having considered the matter of the sale ot flrewotke in this County,
,
and since Chapter 174 of the Laws of 1951, State ot Washington, sets"
forth in detail, the type of fireworks vtlich maybe sold, used or
exploded in this State,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That Resolution No. C-117 dated June 9;
1950 be and is hereby rescinded, and thereforet
BE IT RESOLVED, that the sale of such fireworks as are permitted
by State law to be sold, can only be' sold between the dates of July
1st and July 5th inclusive, and not otherwise. and only by regularly
established business places paying the ree oit5.00 to the County Clerk
for the required permit.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no fireworks shall be used or
explloded in this County escept. between the dates herein stated.
