WHEREAS, Cert.ai.n improvements have been made to the Sw&nll!onville Hill Road
during the past three years which required relocat~ l4"d road, md
WHEREAS the new road so closely follows the location of the old road that there
is no need to maintain those porlions of the old road outside the new right-ef-wa;y.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Jefferson Ceunt7 Commissioners that all
those porlions of the old right of way which are not included in -the new right of wq
be vacated, from Surveyort IS Station 6+00 to Station 8$+00 according to maps of said
improvements on file at the office of the COUnt7 Engined'. rbe County reserna
the right to maintain the existing utilities along said right of wq.
