5 Municipal Corporations, it ia reflected that there is in
6 the hands of the County .luiitor the sum of $440.00,
7 representing unclaimed deposits by sundry individuals
8 to ins ure the offering by the Treasurer of Jefferson
9 county ot certain .:Paroels of til. titleaoquired real
10 esta te, all of which more parti cularly on the att ached
11 list whioh is made a part of this resolution, and
12 WHEREAS, it appears it is in the interest at Jefferson
13 oounty, and especially in the interest of the County
14 Current Expense Fund. that such sum of ....00 be
15 credi ted as a Miscellaneous Receipt for th e benefi t of
16 sa\. d fund, now therefore , 'it is hereby

18 hereby authorizea and direoted to draw her eneck in
19 said su.m of $440.00 payable to th e order of tlB: County'
20 Treasurer, am said Treasurer be and he is hereby author-
21 ized to apply such amount as herein set torth, and be
22 it
23 FURTHER USOLVED, in order to pro'Yide for the
24 contingency or payment in the event of claim by any of
25 suoh depositors, that there be pla oed in the 19152 otfical
U budget 'for the Current Expense Fund as a probable
27 expenditure the following item, unaer the heading County

30 and that this practice be oarried thru subsequent years,
