RESOLUTION No. ~ - I ~.J-
WHEREAS, at tbe time of tbe adoption of tbe official
budget for tbe Current Expense Fund for Jefferson county
for tbe year 1951# thru inadvertence, tbe item of clerical
assistance for the office of the Prosecuting Sttorney was
fixed at a sum $250.00 less tban anticipated, now
tberefore,
It is bereby resolved by the Board of County Commissioners
for Jefferson county in regular session assembled tbat an
emergency is bereby found and declared to exist requiring tbe
appropriation of said sum of $250.00 for tbe purposes
aforeaaid~ and the County Auditor for Jefferson county be and
sbe is bereby autborized and empowered to issue emergency warrants
upon said Current Expense Fund not exceeding said ~ount upon
the presentation of properly approved voucbers, and it is
Further resolved that said appropriation is for the
purpose of meeting mandatory governmental expenses, tbis
resolution shall became effectice without furtbernotiee or
hearing.
