WHEREAS at the time of making up the 191t.9 Budget the
rising cost of labor and materials could no~ be foreseen and

in the 1949 budget have be.n .xhausted,
NOW, THEREFORE it is d....d that an emergency exists in
the following items:
County Jail

A hearing will be held in the Commissieners' room at the
County Court House on Monday, January 16, 1950 at 10:00 A. M.,
at which time any interested tax payer may appear and be h.tp"d
for or against said R.solution.
