WHEREAS: at the time the current budgets were prepared
the necessity for replacement of the Sheriff's car could
not be reasonably be foreseen, and
WHEREAS, said replacement became necessary by reason
of damage done by severe st.rae,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED UllANIK>USLY that the sum
of . 840.00 be and the same is hereby appropriated
for replacement of the Sheriff's automobile, and this emergency
be made available from the Current Expense Fund.
