Resolution to replace roadway washed
out by the Clearwater River, Protect-
ion of same by State Highway Standard
Class "An Riprap and removal of log
jams in the river.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY 'rEE BOARD 01" COUNTY CO~Th:IISSIONERS THAT it is
their intention to appropriate funds in the amount of $ 1,062.50 for
the above resolved purpose. The funds to be transfer~ed from the
County 'Road Monies. (Forest Reserve) .in the amount of i 1,062.50 to
the County Flood Vontrol funds for the above resolved purpose.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the foregoing proper County Flood
Control purpose there is hereby appropriated sums in the following
detail:

The Flood Control purpose2herein described is HEREBY DECLARED to be
a public emergency and the County Road Engineer is HEREBY ORDERED
AND AU1EORIZED to report and proceed thereon as by Law provided.
BE IT l'~THER RESOLVED that this purpose be performed by Day Labor
in accordance with the specifications as doptedby this Board.
