RESOLUTION NO. C...lll
~REAS, at the time of making up the 1950 Budget, the
salaries of one deputy auditor and one deputy treasurer
were provided for out of the Jeffereon County Road Fund, the
duties of these employees being in part for road a.dministration.
Upon advice from the Division of Municipal Corporations, these
salaries cannot be provided for in tha.t manner.
WHEREAW, t?ese employees are necessary and their duties
cannot be dispensed with in the routine work of County govern-
ment,
THEREFORE, an emergency is declared to exi st, and the amount
of $4,gOO.OO is herewith provided for the Current Expense Fund,
to meet the salaries of two deputies during 1950.
