Resolution transferring tax title property held by
Jefferson County to Jefferson County in its proprietary capacity.
WHEREAS, Jefferson County holds tax title to the following
desaribed real estate, to-wit:
The southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of,
Section ll, Township 29.North, Range I West, W.M.,
lying East of the county road and excepting there-
from Tax No. l2, also .
The East one-half of the Northeast quarter of the'
southwest quarter of S,ection 7, Township 30 North,
Range I West, W.M., and
The Northeast quarter'of the Southeast quarter of
the Southwewtquarter, lying north of the County
Road'in Section 7, Township 30 North, Range 1 West,
W.M., and
Lot 6 of Block 2, lots 6,1 and $ of Block 3, lot
5 of Block 5 and lots l~2,3, and 4 of Block 6, all
in Irondale Orchard Tracts, and
The East one-half of the S.outheast one-quarter of
the S,outheast one-quarter of the Southea5t one-
quarter of'Section 10, Township 27 North, Range 1
Wes t, W.Mo, and

Whereas, the total amount of unpaid taxes upon said real
estate is the sum of $l70.58, and
vlHEREAS" all the said real estate is located in Jefferson
County, and
WHEREAS,it is necessary that Jefferson County acquire
said real estate in its proprietary capacity in order that the
same may be used as gravel pits for maintenance of County Roads,
NOW THEREFCRE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD (F COUNTY COIVIMISSIONERS OF
JEFFERSON COUNTY, that
Jefferson County a~quire the real estate hereinbefore des-
cribed in its proprietary capacity for public purposes as afore-
said and that Jefferson Cou~ty pay the principal amount Qf un2aid

of said sum by Jefferson County, the County Treasurer of
