RESOLUTION NO t C- / tZ -3
WHEREAS, the maintenance and operation budget of the Prosecut-
ing Attorney of Jefferson County for the current year is not sufficient
to meet demands, and
WHEREAS, said demands are necessary to meet mandatory expendi-
tures required by law, and
WHEREAS, the estimated deficiency is approximately $500.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That an emergency exists and that
mandatory expenditures in the maintenance and operation portion of
the Prosecuting Attorney's budget for t he current year is deficient
in t he sum of $500 or thereabouts
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the said maintenance and operation
budget of t he said Prosecuting Attorney be enlarged in t he sum of
$500.
