WHEREAS, the County Road Fund receipts have fallen
below their normal expectancy,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to replenish said fund to
continue normal operations,
BE IT TEEREFORE RESOLVED,. that the sum of Thirteen
Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00) be transferred fram the Jefferson
--
County Equipment Rental and Revolving FUnd to the Jefferson
County Road Fund as provided by Law.(Chapter 156, Section 1,
Session Laws of 1949)
