RESOLUTION NO. C-l)OA
WHEREAS, residents of Hoh and Queets Precincts in Jefferson
County, Washington, having legally filed a petition for the formation
of Public Hospital District No. 1 of Jefferson County, as authorized
under and by virtue of Session Laws of 1945, amended in 1947 and 1949,
which said district comprises the voting precincts of Hoh and Queets,
1~EREAS, upon a hearing of said petition, no objections to the
wame were made,
WHEREAS, a special election held in conjunction with the General
Election on November 7, 1950, resulted in the number of 72 votes being
cast for the formation of the district, and 2 votes being east against
the proposition,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the territory described as
follows:
Hoh and Queets voting precincts, comprising the Ranges, lOW,
llW, lZW, l3W, 14W, l5W, in Township 27'.,
Ranges lOW, llW, l2W, l3W, 14W in Township 26N.,
Ranges lOW, llW, 12W, l3W, in Township 25N.,
Ranges lO!W, llW, 12W, l3W in Township 24N.,
is approved for the Public Hospital District No.1 of Jefferson County,
and Norbi t Megorden, Nansen Amerson and Nels Undi have been elected
as Hospital District Commissioners, to serve for terms of t1rO, four
