RESOLUTION No. C ..; / 3 /
WHEREAS, there has been presented to this BOARD OF COUNTY CCNMlSSIONERS
a resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Chimacum Drainage District '
No.. 1, wherein said latter Ebard has found and declared that an emergency
exists requiring the immediate appropriation of money, not exceeding the
sum of $600.00 for the purpose as set forth therein, and
WHEREAS, it appears that it is in the interest of all the people of
Jefferson county that if ani when warrants of said Drainage District No. 1
are issued under said resolution, that the same be purchased from uoobligated
funds of Jefferson county, and
WHEREAS, interest has accrued in the WAR OOND INVES'l}/.ENT FUND with w hi ch
to purchase such warrants, therefore, it is hereby
RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County,
that if and when warrants are issued by the O:>unty .Auditor for Jefferson
County upon the Maintenan ce Fund of said Chimacum Drainage Distri ct NO. 1
under resolution of the Board of CollJlli.ssioners of said District under date
of December 1, 1950, that the same be declared a Jefferson County investment
and the Treasurer of Jefferson O:>unty l:e and he is hereby authorized to
purchase the same from the interest accrued in the said War fund 11~vestment
Fund.
