WHEREAS, Jefferson County did enter into a lease of the
Jefferson County Airport on the 7 ~ day Of. ~,

WHEREAS, said lease provided by its terms that the same
might be renewed far an addi tional period of two years by mutual
consent of lessor and lessee therein named and,

\lliEREAS, lessor and lessee have consented and agreed for
such renewal for said two year period.
Na1 THEREFORE, be it unanimously resolved by the Board of
County Commissioners of Jefferson County that said Jefferson Count
Airport lease be renewed according to its terms for an additional
period of two years.
