WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Justice Court of
Jefferson County, to have a small amount of cash on hand
for the purpose of making change when fines are collected,
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion duly made and seconded,
if is hereby unanimously resolved by the Board of Jefferson
County Commissioners that the County Treasurer pay to the
Justice Court, Port Townsend Precinct, the amount of $25.60
to be used as a revolving fund for that Court.
