RESOLUTION NO. C-39.
WHEREIS, the sum of $22,500.00 was budgeted by Jefferson
County Commissioners for the Jefferson County Court House Alter-
ation and Repair, State Development Fund No. 26-2-118, and whereas
only $20,438.50 was expended and whereas the balance remaining

in the fund was transferred to the gurrent Expense fund inadvertently,
without making allowance for two bills amounting to $704.82,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Jefferson
County Commissioners that the County Treasurer be authorized and
directed to pay the sum of .704.82 in satisfaction of two claims

Cotton Engineering & Shipbuilding Corp.
Miller & Ahlson,
out of Current Expense Fund.
