RESOLUTION NO. c- 41.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Jefferson County, that Monday the 1st day of March at the hour
of 10:30 A. M., at the County Commissioners' office in the Court
House, Port Townsend, Jefferson County, Washington, be and is
hereby set as the day and hour for public hearing of the petition
to establish a fire protection district comprising the area described
as follows:
"The SE~, Sec. 33, St Sec. 34 and 35, in Township 30, N.,
R. 1 W., and Section 1 (Except Lot 1), Sections 2, 3, the
It of Sec. 4, Ei Sec. 9, Sees. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, the

Et Sec. 28, Et Sec. 33, Sects., 34, 35, 36, in TOWIlShip 29,
N., R 1 W., and Section 6, West of the Portage Canal, Section
7, West of Oak Bay and Sees., 18 and 19, in Township 29 N.,
R 1 I."
