RESOLUTION NO. (l/ - S ~

WHEREAS, Bert Gunderson and Anna Gunderson, husband and
wife, have commenced an action in the Superior Court of the
State of Wa~hington for ~ef~erson County, in cause No. 5583
of said court., which said action is one to quiet title in the
plaintiffs to certain lands and premises in ~efferson County,
Washington, and that ~efferson County is one of the parties

defendant therein, and,
WHEREAS, it appears that said Jefferson County has no real
interest in said lands and p,remises, or any part thereof,

therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners for

Jefferson County that the Prosecuting Attorney for Jefferson
County be, and he is hereby authorized to stipulate with W. J.
Daly, attorney for plaintiff~ in said action, that said Jeffer-
son County has no estate rig.J:1t, title, interest or lien what-
ever in said lands or premises, or any part thereof, PROVIDED
HOWEVER, that no costs shall be assessed against Jefferson
County in said aotion.
