RESOllJTION AS ro VACATION AND ABMTDONMBNT
OF PU arc ROADS
WHEREAS: Ten freeholders have petitioned for the vacation and abandonment of
the following county roads:
Railroad Avenue and County Road from South boundary line of Jupiter
City Addition north between Blocks Numbers 1, 2, 14, and 15 to
Miller Avenue.
Commercial ~venue between Blocks 14, 15, 16 and 17.
Walker street between Blocks 16, 17 and 30.
Smith Avenue between Blocks 1, 2, 14, 15, 16 and 17.

ltmEREAS: The County Engineer has examined said county roads, and has found that
said roads are not and have not hen in use, and that the public will be bene-
fitted by the vacation and abandonment of said roads, and
1"lHEREAS: Notice of public hearing as to said abandonment and vacation has been
duly published and posted as required by law, and
\.JHEREAS: !'he Board of County Commissioners at said public hearing unanimously found
from the evidence presented that the said pullilic roads are not useful and the pub-
lic will be benefitted by their vacation, and abandonment
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That upon the payment of the costs of investigation
by petitioners, that the following roads be vacated and abandoned:
Railroad Avenue and County Road from South boundary line of Jupiter
City Addition north between Blocks Numbers 1, 2, 14, and 15 to
Miller Avenue.
Commercial Avenue between Blocks 14, 15, 16 and 17.
Walker Street Setween Blocks 16, 17 and 30.
Smith Avenue between Blocks 1, 2, 14, 15, 16 and 17.
