RESOLUTION
WHEREAS: For purposes of Airport development, it is
desirable to olear all timber from the County Airport property
in Section 33, Township 30 North, Range 1 West, Willamette
Meridian reoently acquired from the United States Government,
and
WHEREAS: O.G. Mosley ,has agreed to clear such timber
for 94% of the sales value of suoh timber, and has agreed
to burn or otherwise dispose of all slashings;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the attached
contract between-the County of Jefferson and O. G. Mosley
be entered into 'tor the purposes aforesaid.
