RESOLUTION /La. . ~ - 3 0
WHEREAS, Jefferson County did on the 1st day of March, 1945,
pursuant to Resolution No. B 169, lease to the United states of America
certain real. estate situated in the County of Jefferson, state of
Washington, described as follows:
That portion of Tax lots Nos. 12, 13 and 14 in Section 35,
Township 31, Range 1 West Jefferson County, also mown as the
old Jefferson County Fairgrounds, cent aining approximately
five (5) acres, more or less, and,
WHEREAS, said premises are no longer required by the United
states of America, now, therefore,
IT IS RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson
County that a release of said lease be executed, pursuant to the terms
contained in a cop,y thereof hereto attached.
DATED this 4th d~ of November, 1947.
