RESOLUTION
WHEREAB: It is desirable, that arrangements be made
for the operation of the County Airport, and
WHEREAS: Alton O. Mosley has agreed to manage the
Oounty Airport as a municipal airport for the benefit of
the public under circumstances set forth 1n the attached
Operating Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the attached
Operating Agreement between tlie Oounty and Alton O.
Mosley be entered into tor the purposes aforesaid.
