RES OLUTIO. NO. C-1.
WHEREAS, Jefferson Ceunty did en the 19th day of D~cember,
1946, enter into an operating agreement County Airport, Jefferson
County, Washington, with Alton C. Mosley of Chima.cum, Washington,
and,
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution nuaber B 227 passed Monday,
December 30, 1946, Jefferson County did enter intea timber con-
tract with O. G. Mosley, and,
WHEREAS, Jefferson County did en January 9, 1947, enter into
an electrical wiring contract with Roy W... Hawkins and Claude A.

Gaines, doing business .as Trading Post, and,
WHEREAS, each said agreement and or contract referred to
what is known as the County Airport in Section 33, TOleship 30
North, Range 1 W:e st, W.M., and,
WHEREAS, that on the date said contracts were made said
property was the property of the War Assets Administration and
Jefferson e.ounty had no control over said property, and,
WHEREAS, Jefferson County deems said contracts void, now,
therefore,
BE IT RliSOLVED that each and every agree.ent and or contract
hereinbefore described be and the sae is declared void and of no
effect, and further that Jefferson County secure the proper
cancellation agree~e~.
