RESOLUTION NO. C-4
WHEREAS, General Administration budget for bonds and insur-
ance in the sum of $2,000.00 for current year is not sufficient
to meet demands on the County of ,Jefferson, and
v~IEREAS, it is mandatory and nec~ssary that Jefferson
County pay certain bond premiums and insurance premiums, and
WHEREAS, an emergency exists, now therefore,
BE IT UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the sum of $750.00 be
appropriated from the general expense fund for payment of bond
premiums and insurance. This appropriation is declared to be
mandatory and the emergency is hereby declared to exist.
