C, - S- BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington, that pursuant to the provisions of Remington's Revised Statutes 6360-54, all county roads of Jefferson County will be closed to travel by all vehicles or any class of vehicle hereinafter described for a period of not less than sixty (60) days from the date hereof. This resolution shall cancel and $upersede any previous orders or resolutions in conflict therewith; provided, however, that this order shall not supersede or modify and restrictions now in force covering limited loads on bridges located anywhere on the highway system above referred to. Load Restrictions 1. High pressure pneumatic tires shall have the same rating as set forth in the above table. 3. No allowance will be made for any second year axle that is suspended from the frame of a vehicle independent of the regular driving axle, and commonly known as a ftRight Trail Axleft. Allow- ance will be made for single tires only, on the front axle of any truck. 4. The load distribution on anyone axle of any vehicle shall be such that it will not load the tires on said axle in excess of the prescribed load set forth in this order. 5. Should there be evidence that any truck supplying motive power for any type of trailer is inadequate to handle with safety the specified maximum load for such trailer, the load on the trailer shall be reduced sufficiently to allow said truck and trailer to operate with safety. Any loading in excess of the specified maximum load will be considered a violation of this order.
