AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into on the 7th day of

corporation and sub-division of the State of Washington, and
Duane Clocksin and Lowell Stickney, d/b/a Peninsula Airways,

WIT N E SSE T H :
1. Duane Clocksin and Lowell Stickney shall have the right
to occupy the county airport located on Section 33, Township 30
North, Range 1 West, W.M., deeded to Jefferson County by the War
Assets Corporation and Shall act as managers of said airport and.
in such a position shall submit to Jefferson County a monthly
report of airport operations; such report shall be due on the
lath day of the month commencing March la, 1947.
2. The said airport managers shall maintain the airport
building and facilitie$ in a good state of repair; shall main-
tain the airport grounds and runways accord:tng to such standards
as may be prescribed by the Civil Aeronautics Air Administration
for airports of the same type.

in deed for said-airport received by the Jefferson County from
the War Assets Corporation recorded in volume 120 of Deeds, page
127 , and is furthe:r;- subject to all restrictions., covenants and
undertakings contained in Resolution No. C-Z passed by the
Board of County Commissioners of Jefferson County, Washington,
on t-he ~ day of January , 1947.
4- The airport shall be operated by the airport managers
as a municipal airport for the benefit of the public; all
revenues received from the operation of the airport shall be the
property of the airport managers. All charges to the public by
the managers for the use of any airport facilities shall be r
reasonable.
5. Said airport managers are hereby granted permission to
use said airport for a flying school, transportation services,
and are granted permission to install and operate gasoline and
oil sales facilities, resturant facilities, airplane repair
facilities, and such other facilities'as our aormally connected
with the operation of ~n airport as need for same may arise.

7. Said airport managers shall keep proper books of.,faceount
and all airport records and books of accounft$b.all be opened to
inspection by the duly designated representatives of'Jerferson
County at any time.

8. In the event that the airport managers should subsequently
become the main share holders in any corporation which may be
formed for the operation of said airport, then Jefferson County
agrees that this agreement may be assigned to said corporation, but
in no event shall the benefits of this agreement be transf'erre~
pledged, or alienated by said airport managers. except a.s aforesai'i.

for a term of two (2) years from the date hereof and may be renew-
ed for an additional two (2) year period upon mutual consent of
Jefferson County and the said airport managers.
10. Breach of any of the covenants herein or any of the
provisions of this agreement shall terminate this agreement at
the option of Jefferson County.
