BE IT UNAMIMOUSLY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Jefferson County that all receipts from the Jefferson County Memorial
Field will be placed in a fund to be lmown as the Jefferson County
Memorial Field Fund, which receipts are to be used for the sole purpose
of maintaining said Jefferson County Memorial Field, and providing for
the upkeep, repairs, insurance and other necessary expenses thereto
connected.
