WHER&AS: due to an oversight in not writing a reaolution at the time
the Federal Forest Moneys were reeeived and were allocated by' the Boax'd ot
COlmty Comniesionere: and
1mEBEAS the intent ot the Board Wall to allocate to the General School
Fund ot Jetterllon County the IJUDI. ot $40,000.00 and 'the balance ot, the moneys
received to go the County Road Fund
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the sua or 140,000.00 be placed to
the credit ot the General School fund and the baldce in the UlOllnt ot
$37 J 706.06 be placed to the credit of the County Road Fund and 'the Superintendent
of Schools and the Treasurer of Jefferson County are hereby notified accordingl,..
