WHEREAS atter due aw11ca",-o., not10e and hear11'18 aceord1ng to law,
1t appears that public conven1ence and necesalty will be aerTed b1 tbe
granting of a tranch1se to the Jefter,oD C~a'7 telephone System, Inc.
NOW THEREFOR! BE IT RESOLVED that _ tranchise tor a perlod ot titt,
years be granted to the Jetteraon Coanty T.,lephone Sy,'e., Inc., to
construct and malntain telephone line. alonsthe following described
oounty h1ghways:
Wa Wa P01nt Road
Britt Road
Old Olympic Highway through Br1ano.
Dosewal11ps Road
Duckabush Road
It is understood that in the event that a read is ohanged to a
new location, pole 11nes wh1eh lnterfere wlll be moved b1 the o_paa,.
on thirty days notice to a looatlon satlstactory to the County Englneer.
Pole lines will be constructed not more than 81X teet tr_ the edge
of a right ot way or 80 oonstructe" as not to lnterfere with the maln-
tenance of a coanty road.
Before any new pole llne is constrtloted, the O8'1nty Ing1a..,r 'Anld
