G ranting of Franchisee
to JOE KAWAMOTO of Lela,nd, Wash.
WHEREAS after due application, notice ~nd hearing according to law, It appears
tha,t no one has protested against the granting of a. franchise to Mr. XaWE'.moto
NOW THEHEFORE, BE I~ RESOLVED that a franchise for a period of fifty years
be granted to JOE KAWAMOTO to crOS8 under the Leland Valley Road 137 at
approximately the north line of the ~i of NWi of See 25, Twp 28N, Rge 2 W. W.M.,
with a four inch (4") pipeline for the purpose of irrigation.
