THIS MATTER having come on regularly for oonsideration by
the undersigned Board of Commiss,i.oners of" Jefferson County, Wash-
ington, tIE 7th day of March, 1945, pursuant to notice regular-
ly given, and

P. U. D. No.1 have petitioned for a franchise to canstmct and
maintain electric power and light line s CN er and along the here-
inafter described county roads, and

places in the county seat and in.a t least one conspicuous plade
