Gentlemen:
It has come to our attention that there exists
in Lot 1 in Section 19, Township 29 North, Range 1
West, W.M., ten trees that are dangerous to the con-
tinuous operation of the pipe line in ease of a storm.
This particular real estate is the property of Jeffer-
son County.
Our report indicates that on this land, on the
east side of the pipe line, 'there is one 4' snag and
two 5' trees, and to the west side of the line one
4' fir and si% 2i' firs. None of the trees have any
mercantile value.
Pe~ission is hereby requested of your Honorable
Body to enter upon said land and fall said trees, thus
removing the hazard.
I would a1>preciate your answer to this inquiry
at the present. session of the board if practicable.
