Deeming it necessary in the operation ot his otfice as SHERIFF ot
Jefferson County, that the sum. of One Hmdred Fifty ($150.00) be allowed him
to carry on certain emergencies which appear f'rom time to time
It is hereby resolved by the Board of' Commissioners that a warrant t.or the
above 8lIlomt' be drawn upon Current Expense fund ~ in favor of the
said Miles E. Brown, newly elected as Sheriff, and the Auditor is hereby
authorized to do so and the Treasurer to honor sa.
and that the
sum of One Hundred ($100.00) which the Auditor now holds in trust is hereby
continued for the duration of his term of office
Both of these revolving funds to be returned to Jefferson County
when their respective tenns ot office expire.
