l4IEREAS the Land Clearing operations of Jefferson County could not fulfill
the pranised and paid for contracts of the following:
A.W. Wagner
H.C. Brown

$265.00
Total
and
WHEREAS the money ha,s already been turned in to the general fund of the County
and these men demand a. refund of the various amounts above stated
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that the County .ludito~ authorilled to
draw warrants for these amounts and the County Treasurer be and is hereby instructed
to pay these refunds from money available in the current expense fund.
