It is further resolTed and ordered that notice of such hearing shall be published once, to-wit on the 18th of Nov. 194) in the Jefferson County 'Leader', published in Port Townsend,in said County. Vacation of Basalt Beach Road. lIREREAS, that portion of the Bay Road at Baaalt Beach, running between IDts 5 and 6, 1Ihich entirely bounds said road, i. deemed by the Board of County Canmissionera to be of no further value to the publiC, said lots being owned at the present by one Henry Eriokson, who has made the request for vaeation and it being the intention of the said Board to vaCate it, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that we, the Board of CCllIIl'.issioners of Jefferson County unanimously state that it is our intention that this road llhop:ld be vacated and that Wi11i8lll Bugge, The County Engineer of said County, is hereby instructed to exaJ111ne Said road and to render his opinion as required by law on 1lhether the publio will be benefitted by such VaCation and abandoment and to state all other facta, matters and things 1Ihich will be of importance to this BOard of County CCIIIIl1isdoners in this matter.
