Vacation of Bay Road, Plat of Basalt Beach.
1HEREAS, that portion of the Bay Road at Basalt Beach running between Lots 5
and six, wbich entirely bounds said road is deemed by the Board of County Ccmnissioners
said lots
to be of no further value to the public, being owned at the present by one

Henry' Erickson, who baS made the request tor vacation and it being the intention of
the Said Board to vacate i1;,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED" jlhat we, the Board of CaIDlssioners of Jefterson County
ubanimously state that it is our intention that this road should be vacated and
that William Bugge" the County Engineer of said County" is hereby instructed to
