RESOLUTION NO. 01-05
WHEREAS, one-half (~) of the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney's
salary is paid by the State of Washington in accordance with R.C.W. 36.17.020; and
WHEREAS, the Washington State Treasurer requires documentation of the
salary established as a basis for payment of the State's share of the Jefferson County
Prosecuting Attorney's salary.
NO W THEREFORE BE IT RESOL VED, that the salary for the Jefferson
County Prosecuting Attorney for the calendar year 2005 is eighty-five thousand, six
hundred and sixty-nine and 70/100 dollars ($85,669.70), effective January 1,2005.
