Naming a Prlvme Road X
Faith Way X
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a petition to name a private road State
Street, Community Way or Faith Way as shown on Attachment "A", pursuant to Jefferson County Code 911
Emergency Locator System (Chapter 12.20); and
WHEREAS, the petitioner wishes to establish this road name to allow for addressing along the road
and eliminate confusion due to similar road names as required by Chapter 12.20; and
WHEREAS, notification was sent to interested parties on January 13,2005; and
WHEREAS, positive responses were received from JEFFCOM and Fire District #1 as shown on
Attachments "B" and "C" respectively; and
WHEREAS, there were no responses from other agencies or property owners along the road to be
named; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road, as shown on Attachment "D", be named Faith Way.
