This grant serves small businesses and organizations affected by the pandemic. The Department of Commerce manages the grant as part of the Working Washington Grants: Round 5 program.
ArtsWA strongly encourages for-profit and non-profit businesses, including sole proprietors and independent artists, to apply.

Museums. Maker spaces. Music venues. The list goes on! Washington's creative economy is diverse, exciting, and vital to our state's future.
If your business or organization is part of the of the arts, heritage, or science sectors, this $45 million in pandemic relief funding is for you.
💡 Demonstrating hardship—more than the bottom line
You will have two ways to show hardship from the pandemic:
• financial documents
• your own words
Everyone has a different story of how the pandemic impacted their organization. Your story matters. (You won't be graded on spelling, style, or grammar.)
