RESOLUTION NO. 41-05
WHEREAS, planned construction work for the Old Tarboo Rd. Bridge Proiect, Milepost 0.88,
County Road No. 357509, Proiect No. CR1671, shall cause interruption and unavoidable delays to
traffic, and
WHEREAS, as potential hazard exists to the motoring public and the construction workers, and
WHEREAS, alternate routes are available to the motoring public, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 R.C.W. authorizes closure of roads,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said Old Tarboo Rd. be closed at milepost 0.88 to all traffic for
a period not to exceed five (5) consecutive weeks between July 5,2005 and October 15,2005.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that road closures shall be carried out in accordance with the
approved Plans and Specifications for the Old Tarboo Rd. Bridge Proiect, CR1671, dated April 8, 2005.
