RESOLUTION NO. 47-05
WHEREAS, Jefferson County Board of Commissioners on June 20, 2005 called for
bids for the above mentioned project, and;
WHEREAS, due notice ofthe call for bids was given as required by law, and;
WHEREAS, one bid was received and opened during public session for the week of
July 11, 2005,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that a responsive bid was submitted by Concrete
Technology Corporation for a total bid amount of $69,746.24 and that this bid be accepted and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the specifications and contract documents in
their entirety as included in the bid package, are part of this bid acceptance.
