WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has received a petition (Exhibit "A") to name
a private road, as shown on attached map (Exhibit "B"), either, Kala Square Drive, Kala Square
Place, or Kala Square Circle; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner is a property owner on this road; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner wishes to establish this road name, pursuant to the Jefferson
County 911 Emergency Locator System Ordinance Number 2-0401-91, to allow for addressing
along the road; and
WHEREAS, notification was sent to interested parties; and
WHEREAS, no negative responses were received for the choice of Kala Square Place;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the road be named Kala Square Place.
