RESOLUTION NO. 61-05
WHEREAS, The Call for Bids was issued by the Board of County Commissioners on August 22,
2005 and;
WHEREAS, due notice of the Call for Bids was given as required by law, and;
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received and opened in public on September 12,2005 at 10:05
a.m. in the Commissioner's Chambers, and;
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has completed checking the bids and has investigated
the qualifications of the lowest bidder, now therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the construction contract be awarded to the lowest responsive
bidder:
Wilson Construction of Port Angeles, Inc. of Port Angeles, Washington for their bid amount of
$245,477.50.
for the
Barlow Bridge, CR1680, Oil City Road, M.P. 9.75, County Road No. 134309, Federal Aid
Project No. BROS-2016(014).
