RESOLUTION NO. 65-05
WHEREAS, planned construction work for the Barlow Bridge Replacement Proiect, Oil City
Road, Milepost 9.75, County Road No. 134309, Proiect No. CR1680, shall require removal ofthe
existing bridge, and
WHEREAS, given the location and time of year, a temporary vehicular bridge is not warranted,
and
WHEREAS, residences and the traveling public will be temporarily served by a
pedestrian bridge.
WHEREAS, Chapter 47.48 R.C.W. authorizes closure of roads,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that said Oil City Rd. be closed at milepost 9.75 to all vehicular
traffic for a period not to exceed ten (10) consecutive weeks between October17, 2005 and December
31,2005.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that road closures shall be carried out in accordance with the
approved Plans and Specifications for the Barlow Bridge Proiect, CR1680, dated August, 2005,
