A building permit was issued to you on March 30 , 1988 . A progress
check was conducted and found that construction has not begun.
Construction must begin within the first year and one stage of
construction must be satisfactorily completed. Therefore, in
accordance with the Jefferson County Building Code Ordinance, your
permit is hereby cancelled.
