located on a parcel with three lots (lots 10,11, and 12). For the purposes of complying with Jefferson County's
building and land use codes and ordinances (JCC 18.35), Jefferson County is requesting that the building permit
applicant/property owner of parcel 962110711 submit a Declaration of Restrictive Covenant ("DRC") OR apply
for a Lot Consolidation. The purpose of the DRC and Lot Consolidation process is to establish the entirety of
one's property as one building tract.
If the applicant would like to continue with the DRC process, please notify the BLD2022-00332 assigned planner,
Amanda Hunt (ahunt@co.jefferson.wa.us). The DRC is attached to the email. The DRC shall be notarized at a
professional notary and recorded with the Jefferson County Auditor. Please notify Ms. Hunt once the DRC is
recorded with the Auditor. If the applicant would prefer pursuing the Lot Consolidation process, please notify Ms.
Hunt and further instructions will be provided.
(2) DRYWELL (COMPLETED, 08/16/2022): After reviewing the submitted site plan, stormwater calculation
worksheet, and soil logs for SEP2021-00090, it was determined that the required minimum drywell dimensions
are L 6 FT x W 6 FT X D 4 FT. Please revise the submitted site plan to show and label the required minimum
drywell dimensions.

The Department of Community Development is in the process of reviewing your application. The following
information is needed to continue review of your project.
(1) RESTRICTIVE COVENANT: The proposed New Single-Family Residence is located on a parcel
with three lots (lots 10,11, and 12). For the purposes of complying with Jefferson County's building
and land use codes and ordinances (JCC 18.35), Jefferson County is requesting that the building
permit applicant/property owner of parcel 962110711 submit a Declaration of Restrictive Covenant
("DRC") OR apply for a Lot Consolidation. The purpose of the DRC and Lot Consolidation process is
