The purpose of the DRC and Lot Consolidation process is to establish the entirety of one's property as one building tract. If the applicant would like to continue with the DRC process, please notify the BLD2022-00332 assigned planner, Amanda Hunt (ahunt@co.jefferson.wa.us). The DRC is attached to the email. The DRC shall be notarized at a professional notary and recorded with the Jefferson County Auditor. Please notify Ms. Hunt once the DRC is recorded with the Auditor.
